Rod Boss™ Return Policy

Rod Boss™ upholds the quality of all our products and we hope you’re pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return your merchandise. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original proof of purchase and must be defect free and include all the original hardware/components. Please note, Rod Boss™ is not responsible for any damage to any fishing pole or reel due to improper or careless installation of the Rod Boss™ product.

How to return your merchandise for full refund

Please fill out the return request form to initiate your return for a full refund. Once our customer service team validates your refund request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please print and secure this label to the outside of the package and bring to your local UPS shipping location. Returns must be mailed back to Rod Boss™ within 7 business days of receipt of prepaid shipping label.

When we receive, inspect, and verify your returned item(s) are defect free, we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
